ok, well the whole preordering thing is a lie that I keep hearing from gamestop and people who bought the game and got nothing. Victini and the liberty pass is a wifi event only. You go to mystery gift on the main menu and click nintendo WFC and download the event. Pick it up at a pokemon center and take the ticket to the far left pier in castelia city and take the boat.

I don't think that'll cause any seizures, you're in the all clear, heh. Now if it was sped up to about 60 frames per second, it would not only be a huge blur, but possibly cause seizures. But it isn't, so it's aaaaalllllllll good.
