I think at most the Rtx 5070 price will increase to around $1200-1300 from around $700. The main problem will be the RAM price. You could get 8 GB RAM at first then get more to at least totalling 16GB RAM later on when the RAM prices cool down. So probaby you could still build a good gaming pc...
