    It's not necessarily about the operating system, but more your hardware. However, I assume, and hope that W8 will have significant performance improvements, but who knows, you may just have to W8 for EVERYTHING to load completely. ;)

    GTA can also be quite a frustrating game, hence why so many people use cheats. Unfortunately, once you use them, the game's boring. Beat the shit out of everyone -- whoopee.
