Well in New super Mario for the DS his son Bowser jr. has to revive him from his bones which were his remains. In most mario games he is pretty much invincible though.

You cannot change your personal Mii to a different Mii but you can edit it to change how it looks. Click on your Mii then select edit, change it to how you want it then save it.
