  • Neither. I would just stop watching online videos altogether

I choose Dailymotion because it already has a larger gaming, and tech community of video creators who upload gaming, and tech related videos.

I also feel Vimeo is more for creative videos like short films, music videos, and movies instead of gaming, video blogs, technology, and general topic videos like cooking, fitness, and cars where Dailymotion's seems better for general topic videos which are more not creative style videos like short films.

Also, Vimeo limits the size and number of the videos you can upload and charges money to allow you to upload larger videos.

None! Not that I watch YouTube a lot other for music or some funny linked video.

Exactly! Dailymotion is like an upgraded version of Youtube! Fewer copyright issues, enough content, and more than Vimeo in my opinion. I believe Dailymotion is more popular than the former too.

Vimeo is just for vines and short videos right? I usually watch stuff in Dailymotion since it has a lot of content; I usually watch wrestling related stuff there that you can't find on Youtube because of copyright violations or, if nobody wanted to share it there. Videos there are also longer and are rarely cut up in pieces for views, which is also nice.
