I seriously hope no one here is as freaking retarded....

Tell me, people, you're an intelligent lot, mostly, right? Is there anyone here who can't understand, the oh-so-simple requirements of getting the free games?
You're not trying to make this seem as overly complicated as people on GameFAQs, are you?

Surely, you can understand what the following words are, and when placed in that order, what they mean, because, they are in the language of "English", that most of us should understand... the words in question are:
LOG ON TO THE ESHOP!
(log on, meaning simply "go on")

That's ALL there is. I'm just fed up with how people can't seem to freaking understand those 5 simple words (6 if you count eShop as 2 words). People ask stupid things like:
Do I have to register on Club Nintendo? Do I have to register my 3DS on Club Nintendo? Do I have to sign up for [insert something here]? Do I have to download something?
Is it that hard to LOG ON TO THE ESHOP?

Another thing that people can't seem to understand is this:
THE FREE GAMES DO NOT ARRIVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1st, and similarly YOU MUST LOG ON BEFORE AUGUST 12TH (11TH IN NORTH AMERICA)
Yet, people are like "I went to the eShop, but where are the free games?"

Whether we'll get every game on September 1st, or if they'll come about 1 or 2 games per week, starting September 1st, is not known yet, but what is known is that they don't arrive until September 1st.

Just tell me, does anyone NOT know how to "LOG ON TO THE ESHOP"?

I don't own a 3DS yet, but I would SURE know how to log on to the ESHOP when I get one!

Well it's not that they don't know how to get on to the eShop, it's that people don't seem to understand, that simply "going on the eShop" is how you become an Ambassador.
"OMG how do u register 4 teh ambasidors?" "i wont free gaemz" "I culkd on teh shop bt dar woz no gaemz wer r teh nez gaemz?"

Just to make sure -- how many people here do NOT understand any or all of the following?:

• Make sure your system has the eShop (i.e. update it to the latest version)
• Go to the eShop
• OMG you are aweswome... i.e. you are an ambassador

People seem to think that "Go to the eShop" means "OMG do u hav 2 register ur 3ds with club nitednodno?"

Reassurance. People are just accustomed to having to do extraordinary steps just to receive something free. They just want to make sure they receive their games. Simply accessing the eShop probably threw them out of the loop. But yes let's rant, call everyone else "retarded" and caps a few sentences, that'll get the message across. You could have just made a Faq thread and list the process of gaining into the program to guide those still confused. It probably would have got the message out more civil and intelligently. Just saying.

I see nothing good coming from this topic, discussion of people elsewhere in a negative sense isn't allowed here.
