No. I joke about it a lot, but I think it's just a stupid thing people talk about.
I believe it may happen, but at the same time it may not happen. We will just have to wait until December 21 to find out if the world really comes to an end.

Yeah. Like today I was told I have to work 10 hours until Friday. I said, "I don't want to die working, that sucks."

ok, noone knows the theory. The theory revolves around the myan calender ending. The theory is that maybe they knew doomsday would be on this day so they would not have a reason to extend it further. The second part is The planets revolving around our sun also align on this same day (happens around every 1000 years and all planets aligned is cool.) the theory is a black hole in the centre of every solar system, and when the planets align the gravity will become so strong, we will be sucked into it. But if this was true why didnt we die 1000 years ago? Yet it still leaves us with the question "what if we do die on the 21st?"
