Lawbreakers will launch on PlayStation 4 and PC on August 8 for $30.

What, a game that isn't $60 at its launch? What sort of sorcery is this?!

Here is also some gameplay trailer that was shown at E3 last year if anybody doesn't remember.

It doesn't look too appealing to me. I am not that huge on the extremely sci-fi based FPS. It just looks way too futuristic with all the flying mayhem. I can imagine that it might be fun for some though but we'll see.

It's like Overwatch with different characters and backgrounds. There's something about the graphics that didn't attract me, maybe because I'm used to Overwatch and this game is a little bit gory. I might wait for reviews before I try out this game.

While there doesn't seem to be anything inherently bad about it, it doesn't look very interesting either, to be honest. It just seems to be like another company attempting to squeeze their way into the online competitive shooter genre while not actually bring anything new or innovative to the table.

As I'm not a fan of neither Team Fortress 2 nor Overwatch, both games which are juggernauts of the genre and industry, I will undoubtedly be giving this game a pass.

So an Overwatch rip-off? Well, the term "rip-off" might be harsh, they're just capitalizing on the success of Overwatch by creating a game with similar - if not the same - gameplay mechanics, action scenes, unique skills, slight fan service with the tight clothes, and other stuff that made Overwatch popular with the gamers these days. Oh no wait, that is what you would call a rip-off. And $30 for a similar game to an already proven Overwatch? I don't think many people will bite.

Exactly my thoughts. I am not a big fun of FPS games with people flying all over the place. I prefer ground combat instead. The game-play trailer did not show too much though. Just a lot of randomly chosen kills for the trailer. I wish the gameplay trailers actually show more gameplay instead of just short bits. IMO, not a worthy mention on E3 this year. Might be wrong, we'll see.
