It is the PC Master race's destiny to play the video game series Destiny and to play Destiny 2 you will need the following hardware:

Minimum specs:
  • Intel Core i3-3250, Intel Pentium G4560, or an AMD FX-4350
  • GeForce GTX 660 2GB, GTX 1050 2GB, or Radeon HD 7850.
  • 6 GB of RAM
  • 68 GB of storage

Recommended specs:
  • Intel Core i5-2400, i5 7400, or Ryzen R5 1600X
  • GeForce GTX 970 4GB, GTX 1060 6GB, or R9 390 8GB.
  • 8 GB of RAM
  • 68 GB of storage
 
These specs are not bad. But, I think people with 6GB of RAM, and other slower parts would need to lower their video quality settings to low or medium quality settings.

I think if you have a fast video card, it can be possible to run Destiny 2 at low to medium settings. But, there maybe some lag at random times.

Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 w/ 4GB ram (but effective 12GB, not sure how lol)
16GB Corsair Vengeance Ram (hopefully 32GB DDR3 1566 soon)
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX Main Board
850 Watt Thermaltake PSU
2TB Seagate Baracuda HDD
etc hehehehe

Prolly pick up a GTX 1080 video card when the price comes down.

Whats that AMD in terms of intel? i7 I take it?

You have a very powerful desktop computer. I agree, you should pick up the GTX 1080 when the price comes down.

Zoldos's computer CPU has 8 cores, and has a speed of 4.15 GHz, so it is faster than most Intel CPUs. I bet, it can run many huge programs at the same time without slowdown problems. I want a fast CPU as well.

I have no idea. I haven't used Intel since like 2005.

I'll get a 1080 sometime next year. Also wouldn't mind a Samsung EVO 2TB SSD!

hmm, thanks for the specs! I'm really thinking about getting this game. I'm in the process of upgrading some parts in my PC, especially the graphics card...

You can get a pretty decent graphics card now-a-days for around $300. Well wroth it!!

I think graphics cards still cost more and become more harder to find these days because of the popularity of using many video cards for cryptocurrency mining for Bitcoin.
 
I've never done that. I'm just a simply gamer. I'd like to get an EVGA GTX 1080 with ACX! :grin:
