My PS/2 optical computer mouse last the longest. I have been using the same mouse on two different computers for many years even before USB optical mouses became popular.

Computer speakers, and keyboards also seem to last a long time in my experience.

My computer's motherboard, CPU, hard drive, disc drive, and original RAM which came with my desktop computer are still working since 2007 when I bought my PC.

Hrmmmm, it's a gamble no matter what as anything could break or last longer. I like to think the RAM would last the longest.

Unfortunately, I have 3 RAM failures over the years. But, my computers are very old, and the RAM did not break until many years later of owning my computers.

Motherboard? still my choice is PS1/2 keyboard and mouse

Some motherboards last a long time. I know there are some computers which are still using the original motherboard which came with their Pentium 4 CPU which was released in the year 2000, so the motherboard is almost 18 years old.

Those PS/2 keyboard and mouses last pretty long. I am still using a very old PS/2 keyboard and mouse after many years. I seen some PS/2 keyboard and mouses which are older than most USB keyboard and mouse since USB was invented many years after PS/2 was invented.

I believe it is the RAM.
Everything else I have replaced in my computer so...I am willing to vote for RAM at this point.

The computer case and ON/Off button last longest in my experience. I know some people re-use their case many times when building a new PC.
