I really don't get what's the big deal about it but they believe that, people who look sleepy are just slacking off and they try to reduce the ratings.

there not always slacking off, I've seen some people who look ready to pass out but mainly due to the fact they try to balance a family life with two different jobs.
Yeah but higher-ups would never seen that. That would always look at the enthusiasm and submissiveness of the employees they monitor

Sadly not. I have work at 8am (it's 7:07 now) until noon and I'm going to see my friend, but they're going back to college at 2 so after that, I'll have nothing to do.

Stayed up late doing some homework, then the neighbors downstairs were yelling and slamming doors so I'm running low on sleep myself. Plus its the week after spring break and I feel like I'm running on fumes as is.
I'll never understand how people can just scream and be loud knowing that there are other people around.

Oh they give zero cares about the other people in the apartment. You should hear the lady though, she is like a god damn machine by always yelling without breaks.
