I know that gamers right now play for hours on end. But this unli-play thing is not really good if you're a professional or a full-time student. The games should really be played at the minimum but at having an optimum play too, or having some quality play. But I just want to know how gamers budget their time for both work and play or study and play? Any time management technique for gamers?

I think career and studies are a priority. So when I have a free time or a day off, that's when I could play for as long as i want.

Having some common sense and knowing how long you can justify playing for and not playing if you have other things to do goes a long way. Don’t believe you need specific techniques to just be sensible.

I used to spend hours like from morning to night so lets say 7am-9: 30 PM playing an addicting game but due to addiction to the game I could not sleep at night so yes there should be a time management for gamers something like have a game or have schedule like Saturday I will have a game battle between certain time to certain time.

I think you should write all the things that is important aside from playing. Do it first and the rest of time could be your playing time. Playing whole day is not good for every players. Time management is very crucial. It is very critical to spend a lot of time playing. Someone died doing that.

Playing game is really addicted, you will not be aware about the time once the game started. Specially if you lose, I'm sure gamer will surely start the game again to win. To have a limited time playing games, I think they should have a strong mind to motivate their self to stop at the proper time.

The very basic in time management is responsibility. Having fun thru gaming is really beneficial because it relieves stress and anxiety. But a player should be responsible enough to know his/her limit.

I have a relatively flexible schedule for my YouTube videos, where I start recording every Saturday 5 am, then upload anytime from there, then my recording deadline is every Sunday 8 pm, and uploading deadline every Sunday 10 pm.

And starting next month, I'll attempt to add 2 live streams into the mix.
Mario Tennis Ace every Saturday 9 pm, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe every Sunday 4 pm.

All times are Tokyo time.

Having schedule does make you productivity. Because sometimes I forgot what to do that time, ended up playing games. Then I remember I have something important to do. :p

I do believe that for a gamer, one must have a time management, because if you don't have, you will miss those other important tasks or work for your necessities.

If there is a chance that you encounter a game which is really amazing when it comes to quality, and you don't have a time management, you will end up playing that title for a very long duration and it will sabotage your future. I think, moderation is still the best word for this, try to limit your gaming hours like 3 to 4 hours and everything will be fine.

True. Games should not be rush and just slowly enjoy. Plus you can do other important things that should be done.
