Is it even possible to get anything with such low amount? I am really concerned and I they are from a gift card. I can't really do much and they want to know, what I bought with it.
So, I have been thinking but really couldn't come up with anything.
Can you guys help me?

If you look at the Chinese stores (online or offline), you will find a lot ot things under $7. Some Chinese products are really good. I don't know whether you have Chinese stores in your area or not, if you are interested in buying Chinese products, you can check Aliexpress.

Here in Japan we have quite some 100 yen stores with a lot of products worth either 100 yen or 150 yen.
I know America has an equivalent concept called the "1 dollar store", though I've never been to America before, so I don't know what's inside these.
But 100 yen stores have lots of practical stuff to choose from, so if you have something like that in India, you could check that one out.

You guys.. It was a gift from my manager. So I need a smart gift so that I could tell him that I got so and so, from the gift card he sent.
So.... Do you guys have any suggestion about what I should get?

There are some more affordable headphones, and alarm clocks which are sold for $7 or less. I think manga and comics, and a few packs of trading cards like Pokemon and Yu Gi Oh cards can be bought for $7 at a comic book store. Sometimes, it is possible to buy an older title or used video game from a store for a few dollars.

But, I'm not sure how much 7$ can buy in India. Buyers can buy a household item like hats, bags, cell phone cases, and school supplies for a few dollars at Dollar stores, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart for $7 in the US and Canada.

And it's a $ 7 gift card?
It's helpful to know where this card can be used precisely, since in most developed countries most such cards can only be used at stores you got it from.
Considering that India is not among these countries, this could be different, but I don't know.

500 INR gift card. Well you know the currency conversion can make an amount look very small. Over here, it's not that cheap to be honest. It might not be expensive but hmm... You could have a great meal at a well known restaurant with that amount o.o

I heard multiple times before how in south Asia and south east Asia $ 5 worth of local currency can be a full month salary.
In that sense east Asia is much more expensive, but if I compare to Europe, I still consider it much cheaper here.

395円 ($ 3.58) gives you access to the all you can drink drinking bar (doesn't exist in Europe at all).
990円 ($ 8.99) is worth a good meal, in Europe a smaller portion of comparable food would be € 15 ($ 17.45).
And I was able to buy a fridge, washing machine, and sofa at once for about 11.5万円 ($ 1043.98), while in Europe I'd at the very least be paying € 2k ($ 2330) for all of this.

And salaries are only a little bit higher here too.

A mobile gaming controller would be nice, there are cheap ones that usually cost around $5. So if you have a budget of $7, you can have a little more space in picking.

You guys....I would be getting something for myself.
Anyway, thank you all. I will consider all of them and see what I want the most. I am not into gaming by the way

We just tried to help, but it's quite hard to know what's considered inside the $ 7 budget in India and what is not, considering most of us live in highly developed countries, where $ 7 is considered very small amount.
Food is always possible, but I don't think it's really anything memorial.

Yeah. That is why many Indians go to other countries and then convert that currency to rupees.

Well, I have decided to get a watch. I have been wanting to get a good watch with alarm clock, calendar, light and such.

True. Some of people go worked on well developed country then convert their earnings to their country currency.
