Have you ever changed your (user)name? and why?

I have never changed my username and Avatar from the very beginning.

I don't think I would change them either.
 
Not on this site, but I have called myself AzuPazuPuzzeh, AzuPazu or Azu for a very long time. Just started disliking how it's always associated with anime since I'm watching less and less anime.
 
I did back when I started out and now just stick with the same name.
