Working for almost 11 hours and a commute time of about 4 hours....ugh...my life can't get worse.

Low potassium level in the body could be the cause of the headache. Have you tried increasing your potassium intake?

Yes sleeplessness is also a factor. In any event, having a good amount of potassium intake everyday is good for the body.
