No, I don't know how to play any musical instruments, so it would be difficult for me to compose original music and write songs without playing a melody in the background. Plus, I don't know much about writing songs.

could probably come up with some words, that's about it and not as a hobby.
I used to try this before during my years as a high school concert band member.
I used to write a little...but then I stopped.
It's too hard and I never had any patience to spend hours for just one song...so....
