Have you visited a place where you got so nervous and afraid? Where is the place and why did you feel so nervous about making the trip?

Hospital/morgue!

I'd pay anything to avoid going to hospital especially to the morgue. I didn't sleep for one week after the last time I went to a morgue.

If you count a haunted house (made to look like one for kids) when I was a kid.
Otherwise, that's all I can think of at this time.

Hospitals are pretty creepy in that you never know what you're going to come across, especially while sitting in a waiting room.

I've been in the ER once and witnessed so many people who died in a day, I was traumatised. If I can avoid hospital for the rest of my life, I would.

If I have to stay in the ER overnight or longer, I hope to get moved to a room that's made for one as soon as possible.. I could never share a room with someone for exactly that reason.

I give big kudos to all the doctors, nurses and other personnels working in the hospital. They are real hero facing what they do every day. I can't do it for any amount of pay.

when I used to be in my previous job (which required traveling), it was a hospital in the east coast (forgot the state). I had to pick up an injured coworker because he was feeling better. When I arrived, the power went out and I heard someone screaming. Power remained off for 10 minutes and I ended up leaving the place. Waited outside mainly, and the power came back on around 4 hours after? Something must have happened with restoring the power. My coworker was well, ended up leaving the place and the power went out yet again. The hospital felt like it was out in the middle of nowhere...

The creepiest place I ever visited, was the place where JFK was assassinated.. My brother and I were visiting a relative in Dallas, and the took us to that location and then started theorizing the idea that there was more than one shooter.

It was late at night so everything was closed at the time, and my brother and I just couldn't shake the feeling that someone was watching us from the window where the shooter stood.

We could not get out of there fast enough.

A haunted house on the outskirts of Wisconsin, a neat place.

I was walking the Gorge in Niagara falls during the winter. Almost slipped, and fell into the rapids. I caught a tree branch on my way down, and saved myself.
Damn! You must have been scared to death when you fell. It's you're awareness and adrenaline rush that saved your life.
