How many cold viruses are there?

I am sick once more for the god-damn 4th time this year, how many blood viruses are out there? Why do sick people go out? No wonder we got hit hard by covid.

Maybe start using a Mask again while outside or in places with a lot of people ? it will help.

there are 4 main type of Cold Viruses I think but with gazillions of sub types.

There are just too many out there.
It's better to take healthy meals and supplements often to boost your immunity.

Have you been taking any vitamin c or zinc supplements? They tend to help me stay well. I also take fish oil.

I started taking Zinc (coldeez) the moment I knew it wasn't allergies. That with an immune armor supplement and seems to have limited the sickness to one day. I had a bad fever all day Thursday (mostly slept) and now I'm doing pretty well instead of still being badly sick. Also drank some fresh squeezed lemon water as well.
