For a new console that took Nintendo years to release, do you think they should have more Switch 2 software on it?

Since it's backwards compatible with Switch titles, I think it's fine if they slowly roll out new games. Consoles usually only have a handful of games on launch dates anyways. So I would say just like with every other console that came out before it, you just need to wait for the Switch 2 titles to come out! Until then there's a good number of Switch titles to play on the Switch 2.

True, but sounds like Switch 2 had a even longer development and wait time, I feel like there could be more games for it.

Pretty sure Nintendo sat on their new console longer than others though.
Any proof of it being “sat on” or are you misunderstanding development times for consoles?

I’m also looking up how many launch titles the Switch 2 has vs like the PS5, and the PS5 had 25 and the Switch 2 had 28. The PS4 had 24. So idk what magical number you’re thinking of.
This isn’t like the N64 which launched with 2 games.

Switch 2 would be best then, as you can get future games as well.
