I'm a bit afraid, in a blink of an eye, AI (Artificial Intelligence) is really taking over. Even at my company the CEO has required we move full ahead of it with us being required to take an udemy course on learning more about AI usage.

That aside, AI is going to take over more and more in the coming years unless the bubble it is in pops. Loss of jobs, lack of need for schooling, more automation with AI overseeing it and the such.

Do you think this will lead to a Utopia or Dystopia? Will those who no longer able to get a job simply get benefits as if they were working?

maybe a bit of both but not either. The amount of AI usage will vary between companies I think.

Unfortunately I can see companies diving into AI more and more as time goes on as AI gets better and better. Some professions still need real humans though, so I don't think we'll be seeing a world where AI takes over all the jobs any time soon hopefully.

I think it may take many years for AI to be popular with most people because of the higher cost of buying more advance computers, robots, and devices which are good enogh for running better AI software.

I read a few articles that older tech like older smartphones like the iPhone 4 for taking pictures and videos, digital cameras, etc are making a comeback. I think AI may not be as commonly used by as many people as predicted by AI experts in the future. Many people may still choose to spend a lot of their time and money on retro tech, and non-AI hobbies like going to an amusement park concerts, sporting events, parks, etc, and prefer to mostly go to stores who hire human workers rather than using AI which may not be as good or enjoyable.

I think there may still be a lot of jobs repairing things, and working at jobs where it may still be more affordable and better to use a human than an expensive AI robot to perform the same tasks as well as a highly skilled human worker.

AI will be devastating for junior positions worldwide making them much rarer and throwing a wrench in their career growth. Which will cause them to be less skilled, settle for lower paid positions and cause them to be poorer throughout their life.

AI is super useful for looking up instructions on how to make games. But I think AI can be really dumb too. AI art isn't really the best. It's good, but there can be some inconsistencies. I believe there can be perfect automation, but a vast majority of it currently is entirely out of human possibility and control.
