Tomorrow (Oct 14th 2025) Windows 10 comes to an end, what are your plans if you still run it?

Nah, it’s just people crying because they hate change. Same thing happens whenever a new version of Windows comes out, and whatever version they were using gets discontinued.

I’ve been in some communities long enough to where I see the same people on their third or fourth version of Windows throwing a fit whenever whatever version they’re using gets discontinued. It’s like “yeah bro, you cried the last 3 times, and moved on”.
 
I'll continue using it on my computer until I need a new one, and even then I might try a different operating system like Linux if I can get another laptop with two harddrive bays!
 
Good riddance is all I have to say. I had way too many issues with Windows 10 on two separate computers. 11 is better, though the ads that pop up are annoying lol. I dual boot Ubuntu with Windows 11, I can't fully switch to Linux since I use tools that do not work on Ubuntu. I know there's ways to install a virtual machine with Windows 11 but since I already have a dual booted computer I really don't feel the need to set that up lol.

You could use Zorin OS its A Linux based OS they made it look like Windows
 
Yep even if Wine is decent, there's still programs I use that were written with Windows in mind. I don't mind having to dual boot between the two operating systems. The main programs I use that won't work on Linux are a few Sonic modding tools and the Elgato Capture Device will not work on Linux systems. (It's the older one though, I need to get one of the modern ones. This one doesn't play well with my Genesis either lol.)
 
I’m gonna predict that about 90% of people threatening to go to Linux because they hate Windows 11 aren’t going to follow through with it.

I’ve been correct with the last several versions of Windows. They don’t want to upgrade Windows because they hate change, and then realize that Linux is even more different and then crawl back and end up upgrading.
