Do you have a bad habit?

I've been biting my fingernails for years. I just can't figure out how to quit doing it. It's a nasty habit, too.

How about you all?

Do any of you have bad habits?
 
I pick at the skin around my nails. I've done this since I was a kid, and I do it more when I'm nervous. I don't do it as often as I did when I was younger, but I haven't stopped completely.
 
Picking at acne and finger nail biting is a few of mine.
 
I like to stay up late to watch TV, or online video and end up tired in the morning.
