Seriously though, remember Astr0 from the other place? It was say, 2007, and he asked Nin3DS if he could be made a member, as he was 'retiring' from being a (full/global) moderator. Was he demoted soon? No. Was he demoted by 2008? No. What about 2009? No... how about 2010? Surely he was.... right? Wrong. AFAIK, he was never demoted.
