For a cartridge game I would say Ocarina of Time 3D for a download I would say Liberation Maiden.

Zelda sounds good any other types if games

oh you said something different, so I assumed you wanted something out of the usual Zelda or Mario games most go for on the 3DS. I have heard nothing but great things about Cave Story and Cave Story 3D. Resident Evil: Revelations was great (which was surprising considering 5, 6, and ORC were all garbage compared to the ones before them).
