I'm going to take up SouthTex' offer on the Dragalge. I've already got a shiny Clawitzer, and since I'm in X I can't even get Skrelp/Dragalge in the game, it's the one I can't mess with things to try to get a shiny. Thanks for the offer though Porkman!

For future reference you could try the Matsuda Effect to get a shiny whatever from Y.
