I actually think their eyes would rate even better than their hands and arms! You can really tell a lot of an anime/manga/video game girl's character by looking at their eyes! Take Morgiana for example: Her eyes are filled with such warmth and kindness that I get really shy around her! Her eyes are as warm and kind as her character! (Continued below again...)
