I'm not entirely sure what he meant by the port thing, but open up Computer>Local Disk (C and search for "TightVNC" and right click any of those options (Folder would be best) and click on "Open File Location." Open up the TightVNC Server (Service Mode) and click on Start TightVNC service.

well, i'll look at it. OH, i almost forgot! I got an answer for the me going onto your computer thing-"The one running the server (you) has to forward the port and start the service. The other one (Me) has to run the client and connect to the server address."
