Part 1 is here. According to the twitch livestream (Streamfourstar) they're planning to release parts 2 and 3 within the next 3 weeks.

Today it was revealed that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will come out in 2016 for PS4, Xbox One and Steam with the game having an E3 showcase. Bandai released the following info:

When Nintendo fails to meet fan demands, turn to the modders to get the job done, even if its just a minor look change over the Ryu model.

No wish on the dragon balls would fix that burn on Vegeta at the end :D
