fix windows 10 startbutton

This is a good video on learning how to fix the Start Button not working in Windows 10. I think Windows 10 should of just stuck with the Startbutton and menu from Windows 7 which seems more reliable, and easier to use. The Windows 7 Startbutton also does not have a reputation of breaking.
