A bit short of notice, but Sony has announced some quick 2 hour maintenance tonight. Online play shouldn't be affected.

Nintendo has taken down Super Mario Maker for “emergency maintenance” from now until January 28th at 8:00 pm ET or possibly longer. The company says it’s due to an unspecified bug that happens in the creation tool.
