I think it can be somewhat easier to see a used Google Chromebook for a higher price compared to a used Windows PC because there are not that many Used Chromebooks for sale compared to Used Windows PC where you can buy a very cheap Window 98 and XP PC for $50 or less at a flea market or thrift...
