According to a survey conducted by Information Solutions Group survey commissioned for casual game developer PopCap Games, 20% of players of casual games like Peggle and Oblivion (kidding) have disabilities.

Common complaints from casual gamers include Depression, ADD / ADHA and Rheumatoid Arthritis / Osteoarthritis. Most disabled gamers eschew "hardcore" games: Only 26% are both disabled and into "traditional" gaming.

Most say they play games as a way of relieveing stress or as a way of reliveing stress related to their disability. Click the cut for more details.

Wait, since when are all those things considered a disability? Honestly, counting ADD/ADHD as a disability, then the number would be a lot higher. Granted some of those things can lead to disability in their advanced stages, most of them aren't considered a disability on their own.
