I bet some tech savvy people will use a Proxy, VPNs, and other types of connections, and software to unblock YouTube. There are other free video sites like Vimeo, Leak and Dailymotion which has similar videos, so blocking YouTube would not stop people from watching certain online videos.

I expected that most of those countries listed blocked youtube, but I was surprised by Germany however.
