Great image, but those are only some of the ways to die. Considering Bowser's Inside Story and Mario Galaxy 2, I'm surprised 'punched in the head/beaten up' wasn't listed (see, Bowser in those games to Mario).

Or death by bottomless pit.

Or hit wall on rideable animal/vehicle crash.

Or run over (Mario Kart). Toad's Turnpike in Mirror Mode especially.

To be fair, the title comes from the OP of the topic I found the image in. An allusion to the TV show on Spike, I imagine.
