This does look like a nice e-ink monitor for people who read a lot, or do tasks like Spreadsheets, and type out a lot of documents.

I bet, the user will also save some money in electricity costs because E-Ink display uses very little electricity compared to a regular colored LCD display with a back light.

I would love this, I know screens can really wreck someone's eyes and since I suffer from floaters often this would be a god send.

Also, whoever made the video completely failed. They have white sub text on white background, I had to strain my eyes some to read -_-

I agree the white subtitles are not very easy to read. At least, the Asian men in the video are speaking in English, but with a strong Asian accent.

Is it in color?

No, it is just in black and white.
