I heard alot of people saying that 144hz monitors are too much expensive and is not worth to buy one. Recently i bought a BenQ XL2411Z and i think it helps you alot in-game. The movement is alot smoother then a 60hz Monitor. Has a blur while moving with the mouse which i think is the best part of a 144hz Monitor. For me 144hz improved my gameplay and the game now is much more enjoyable.

Yes I agree completely with you. They are very useful, especially in competitive games, where this can give you a small edge over your opponent (thinking of CS:GO, for example). But if you are just playing some random game which isn't focused on smooth graphics, then the value you get out of a 144hz monitor probably isn't good enough.
