250,000 iPhones Sold to Unlockers

Apple has stated that an estimated 250,000 iPhones were sold to SIM unlockers or people intending to unlock the phone for use on T-Mobile or internationally.

That's a lot of people gambling with Apple's ability to crack down on unlocked phones at every patch.

Apple said, "Apple estimates 250,000 iPhones were sold with intention to unlock" with "many of those sales happened after the price cut."
