3ds ambassador after august 2012?

so let me put it this way
i bought 3ds in may 2011
i wasnt able to go online because i didnt have a router
but in august 2012 when i bought my router,i got online but i was eligible for 3ds ambassador program
i downloaded the certificate and those 20 free games
did this happen to any body else?

Regardless of when you finally go online, if you bought a 3DS before the price cut in 2011, you're an Ambassador. Heck, if you buy a 3DS before that date, and transfer the system data across, the new system acknowledges you where an Ambassador and lets you keep everything.

This makes me wonder,though,since you can transfer it to newer systems.

Is Nintendo gonna make new Ambassador stuff? I actually hope they do. That'll be nice.
