I know that there are Capture Cards for the 3DS, but what about the 3DS XL? Eventually, I'm gonna run out of games I can emulate on my PC haha!
Also, can you guys recommend any games for me to play? Please keep in mind that my PC can't handing games from any generation above PS1 lol but I am open to handhelds and even flash games.
I'm also curious about Capture Cards for the Wii (Original)?

Neal Tew only sells ones for the regular 3DS, which are the most durable.
Katsukity sells a capture card for all systems of the 3DS family, but users are reporting defects much more often (though I have a PS Vita capture card from Katsukity, and never had any defects).
Besides that, Neal Tew's capture card is mostly just plug and play, while Katsukity's requires some driver installation, software installation, software configuration (including serial number), etc.

The one you've got from Merki is from Neal Tew or from Katsukity?
If it's from Neal, you can use the latest version of the capture app, and then just record the computer audio using FRAPS (unless you're using the unofficial apps for macOS or Linux, then you'll need a line in cable).
If it's from Katsukity, you'll need a line in cable.
