3DS Youtube app exploit allows for homebrew?

Ironfall Invasion was removed from the eShop because of something like this. But now Smealum is saying this app is good for homebrew/hacking purposes too:

No! I'll go to jail for that crapshoot. Smealum has gone too far with his crazy shenanigans and now Nintendo has a right to seclude him and take him to court for ruining one of the greatest games of all time. (Even though it looks crappy to me?) lol

I just got the Homebrew Launcher on my Nintendo 3DS via YouTube, now I can set max Play Coins and soon have my Mii hacked to a special Mii, and used to say it's from Nintendo via StreetPass. I'm really enjoying this, don't have to work for Play Coins anymore.
