Bowser:

There are many reasons why I love GF the way it is now. Firstly, when I first joined the forum I found that I really liked the layout of the board and the potential for finding out new things about gaming and discussing them with great people. That brings me to my next point, the members, I've found some really cool people at the forum who share many common interests as me and have cool personalities. Another thing I like about the forum is the events and competitions, not only are the prizes great but it's fun to compete with friends of the forum and get bragging rights in fun competitions. Those are things that have made me want to be at this forum more than many other gaming forums out there.

I have high hopes for the future of this forum. I know that DS is a committed admin to his forum and I really see this place taking off in the future. I hope to see new members coming in and staying in the forum to participate in events and share gaming news and stories. The gaming industry is getting bigger just like this forum, I hope in 7 years to see a forum fourtimes as big.

Mori:

When I first joined GF, I have to admit that I didn't plan to spend over 2 years here. I wasn't that into forums at the time, and I kinda expected to get bored after a few months. I'll be honest, I joined for the contests. I was already working online at the time, and it seemed like a nice way to get some extra cash with little effort. At least that's what I though, cause I soon found myself spending hours in the arcade everyday to maintain my high scores (I eventually lost to another member and only got 2nd place which still had a decent prize).

By that time however I had already learned to enjoy the community and was active mostly in the Nintendo and Anime Paradise forums (I think my first post was in the Ga-Rei Zero thread). The competition in the arcade was also pretty interesting and is what lead me to have a Time Online of over 73 days. I've had good and bad moments on the forum, but I can say that I don't regret joining.

As for how I want GF to progress, I would obviously like it to become more active, but also for it to become a gaming hub where I can meet other gamers and meet up in games, or maybe even start new MMOs together.
