This whole "dubbing vs subtitles" war may never die, but I wonder how subtitle purists would react to these couple of statements.
1)Even if an English dub is good quality and has extras such as near-accurate foreign accents or a modified script that fits the show better than the original Japanese, would you still to stick to subtitles?
2)If an English dub fits the creator's vision better than the original Japanese audio and the creator actually prefers the dub (Cowboy Bebop can't be the only example), would you still be unfazed?
3)Japanese produced video games have been voiced in only English before with some ending up good and a few turning out less than stellar. If there was a anime that had no original Japanese audio and a great English dub, would you avoid the anime entirely?
