A mediocre hand-made Zelda clock

So here it is, a wooden Legend of Zelda Clock I made for tech class. And here's how I made it:

The Cover

I found the Link sprite and the 8-bit background (not sure which game it's from) trough the internet, drew the Triforce and the light surrounding in MS Paint, and combined them together as an image.

The Clock Body

Wood was provided. I used a bandsaw to cut the wood. And the wood was painted in green. The clock mechanism was also not made or assembled by me. It was pretty easy to make.

And here's the final product, fell free to comment!

is the image painted on or stuck on?
in my tech class we have to paint so my mario sprite game shelf failed. massively.

Looks like the image was laser printed, am I right?

Either way, looks nice.

something i just thought of: you could change the hands to golden ones with triforces on the end, or some random zelda characters.

Heh, the clock hands were provided by our teacher and we were supposed to use those. And in my opinion adding too many characters would make it too messy.

I want that clock!
Well, not that one because it belongs to you, but I would pay good money for a clock like that.

Tis pretty. What did you get on it?
