PS5 A Year Later the PS5 Nearly Jailbroken

Fail0verflow recently announced that it successfully retrieved the PS5's root keys. The news comes in a pair of tweets, the first showing an illegible string of code for the uninformed with the caption, "Another one bites the dust." Some time after, Fail0verflow quoted that tweet with an explanation, writing, "Translation: We got all (symmetric) ps5 root keys. They can all be obtained from software - including per-console root key, if you look hard enough!" Like when Fail0verflow accessed the PS3, it did not publish the PS5's root key, nor has any other party done so yet.
 
What's the benefit of a jailbroken PS5 exactly? I'm guessing they can run some programs on it to hack certain games?
 
and it can be used to run modded games.
 
I don’t like online hackers honestly, They ruin the game, but offline this seems very interesting.

Would love that. Can't be bothered to play GTA V again so it would be nice to just be able to get whatever cars I want without having to worry about money

Well won't work for something like GTA since that is online tied, but I'm fine and support any offline only save editor that also doesn't mess with trophy collection.

I meant for GTA singleplayer. Some of the cars aren't easily obtainable unfortunately so a save editor would be a lot of help. Like one car that is extremely hard to get is the FIB car that only tends to appear when you have 4 stars
