I haven't watched Naruto, but I'd assume Aang. He took out an entire navy fleet.
 
Naruto definitely he took down pain and half the akaski Aang may know all the elements but he doesn't know the ultimate nine tale fox and the rasengan

naruto has not always worn that black suit lol
also, i love naruto a lot more than Aang, but let's be honest here. Aang would definately win. he could even hack into Naruto's elements
 
@Kirby: You're totally right. I didn't think there were many avid Naruto fans that wouldn't be up to date in the manga. It's a bit late since 2 people have quoted it now.
 
I don't think it would be an easy fight . Naruto is very strong and Aang is really good too. He can manipulate an entire ocean and not to mention that he mastered all the four powers....

Hmm... I just can't choose
