How often do you get aches and pains? How do you deal with them? Is there a pattern you notice where you get them more or less frequently, based on activity level, stress, or even climate?
Agreed. I also tighten and stiffen up in the winter. I stretch everyday, workout, and go on walks or the treadmill in an effort to alleviate aches and pains. Remaining active helps a lot, especially in the colder months.More than I like to. Winter really brings in more change than I care for.

A good place walking exercise is a large mall, if you want to be inside and don't have a gym membership.Yeah I don't go outside at all for stuff like that. I should find a inside place to at least walk.

I feel like it's an "only on the west coast" deal but I hope you have plenty of places to walk.My mall requires a walking permit if you go in to do so
