Game Informer have actually contributed its quota in the gaming industry. Shutting down after 33 incredible years is so disheartening.

This is sad news for Gaming magazine readers.

Hopefully, the writers who lost their jobs at Game Informer can quickly find new jobs.

GameInformer is definitely a big name in the industry. It had in the gaming community for so long and their dedication and passion will be deeply missed.

I knew it was coming, ever since they cut their staff in half I dropped all support for them and pulled out before I lost my money. Feel bad for anyone who just renewed with them.

Still, loved the magazine while growing up along with Gamepro and PlayStation magazine. May they all RIP.

Never forget the feeling I had when getting a new issue in my hands. I don't feel remorseful for what the publication became but I will honor what they originally brought to gamers.

I remember the Nintendo Power ending. Like this, there doesn't seem to be a place for it. It's a shame but what can you do?
