Age of Empires

Did anyone play this game back when it was really, really good? (3 was my personal favorite). I haven't played it in years but loved this type of game so much and would play a save for hours and hours a day. It seems like it is still kind of going, but isn't as good anymore. Wish they would remake an original to support newer systems.

This was one of my favorite strategy games. Oh, how many hours I spent finishing the campaigns for the first three Age of Empire games... ^_^ This series remains a beautiful memory of my childhood.

Yeah, they made 1 or 2 DS editions but they were pretty crappy.
