Just have a conversation like you would, but you need to start what you say with the next letter in the alphabet, then, when we're finished, we do it again, but the other way. Example: "Ants are small!" "Bullants are pretty big." "Can we talk about something else?" Or if we are almost finished, it would go: Y, Z, Y, not Y, Z, Z, Y.
