Germs are so small I tend to ignore them unless I'm really feeling uncomfortable like with dirty hands.

Not to extreme lengths like I've seen with others, but I'm a lot more careful than most. Public fountains, stairway railings and door handles, I don't touch them.

Yes, the dirty hands can be a cause of huge concern too.
Yes am always worried about germs like the food I eat and the water I drink.
Am always worried about germs especially the ones we can not see with our nacked eyes.

There are a couple of them that you can't see with your naked eyes though. So, it is important to play safe always.
